Avocado & Olive Oil Mask

Nourish the Skin With Unsaturated Oils

Avocado masks contain the unsaturated avocado oil. Combined with olive oil, the complex compound of vitamins, potassium, antioxidants and proteins are perfect to treat dry skin. This basic mask is very efficient and easy to make and allows for a rich variety of additional combinations such as honey, yoghurt, cream and / or some drops of essential oils of your like.

Take the flesh of a whole ripe avocado and mash it with a fork to a smooth cream. Add 1 tea spoon of olive oil, mix well and apply the avocado cream mask on your face.

Apply and leave on fpr at least 15 minutes to take effect. This nourishing mask perfectly prevents you from skin dryness during cold weather.

Rosemary, Thistle & Moor Mask

Re-Mineralize and Deep Cleanse Your Skin

AWhile moor mud with its complex composite of organic soil has a deep cleansing effect and is re-mineralizing the skin, the rosemary and thistle oil ingredients of this facial mask nourish the skin with their ethereal medical complex of terpenes, borneol, camphor, flavonoids and many more, and prevent the facial skin from dryout.

Mix 3 tea spoons of purified moor mud from the pharmacy, 1-2 tea spoons of thistle oil. Boil 1 tea spoon dry or fresh rosemary (or a rosemary tea bag) in 1/2 cup of water and steer stock for 10 minutes. Now add the rosemary stock slowly to the thistle and moor mud mixture until you obtain an even, smooth and spreadable compound.

Especially for this facial mask it is essential to do a facial steam bath before applying the mask, as described above. This will open the pores and make your skin receptive for the rosemary, thistle and moor mask.

Apply and let sit and take effect for your skin for min. 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and dab your cleansed and re-mineralized face with a soft towel.

Feel the deep cleanse and re-mineralization. Your skin now is smooth and has a precious texture.

Honey – Banana – Cream Mask

For A Fresh Complexion

Honey, banana and cream are a phantastic treat for your skin. It combines the very rich natural vitamins and folic acids structure of the honey, with the magnesium, ferro and copper components of the banana, as well as the emulsion of water and milk oil of the cream, which highly promotes elasticity and moist. The natural honey, banana and cream combination mask leaves the facial skin with a fresh and healthy complexion.

Mash a ripe banana, mix with 1 tea spoon of honey and 3 teas spoons of cream.

Apply and leave on to take effect for 15 minutes. Afterwards rinse well with lukewarm water and enjoy your fresh and feel good complexion.
